Rubber Division Awards Nominations

This applies for All Awards, NOT Scholarships

Requirements:

Two copies (one printed, one electronic) of the Nomination Package must be provided to the Division's Science and Technology Awards Committee and be received no later than August 1st of every year for the Awards Banquet at the following Spring Technical Meeting.

Nomination packages must include all of the following:

1. Completed checklist of items to submit
2. Signed letter nominating the individual for the specific award, to include both the nominee's and nominator's current addresses and telephone number AND an evaluation and appraisal of the nominee's invention, development or innovation that has made a significant change or contribution to the nature of the rubber industry (see sample letter )
3. Signed letter from another individual seconding nominator's nomination
4. Biographical sketch of the nominee
5. List of publications produced by the nominee
6. List of patents granted to the nominee or their assignee
7. List of all previous awards and honors
8. A maximum of five (5) reprints or published technical papers that deal with the specific accomplishments of the nominee (copies are accepted)
