Location: This course is available virtually only and can be taken from the comfort of your home or office – remotely from any tablet, laptop or computer.

Course Description: This course explores various methods for evaluating the physical performance of rubber compounds, components, and complete assemblies. We will focus on different testing techniques, including static, dynamic, and fatigue tests, to enhance characterization.

Key topics include:

  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Support Testing (static testing of rubber)
  • Fatigue Testing (rubber fatigue assessments)
  • Vibration Testing (dynamic and fatigue evaluations of sub-assemblies or components)
  • Dynamic Characterization (dynamic testing of components or entire parts)

Price: $350 Members / $450 Non-members / Free for Undergraduate Student Members / $50 for Other Student Members
