Nominators Must Complete the Nomination Form Online and Provide All Supporting Documents By June 30.
A complete nomination package MUST INCLUDE:
A) Completed online Nomination Form, containing:
- Nominee Contact Information
- Short (150 word) Biography
- Award Citation
- Nominator Contact
B) All the following documentation uploaded to the Nominations Folder (or via email to the Committee c/o [email protected])
- Nomination Letter
- Support Letters (one or more)
- Nominee Biography or CV
- List of Prior Honors, Awards (if not in CV)
- List of Publications or Patents (If not in CV)
- Copies of Five Relevant Papers, Patents or Other Documentation
- High-resolution Headshot
Filenames should indicate the Award and Nominee name (ex. Goodyear_Lastname_nomination.pdf).
